It takes a special kind of person to be a police o�cer, especially in light of today's social and economic climate. It is true that a police officer most often sees people at their worst. In many instances, the only recognition received is negative. For most of us, however, the law enforcement profession is not just a job. We do it because we care for our fellow man and because we seek justice for everyone.
