, 1. This amendment to the Municipal Code will not substantially
alter the amount of development which can occur in flood plains.
The amendments provide for more specific development regulations
and therefore better protection of the environment.
2 , The amendments will not effect the General Plan and will
not achieve any short term objectives to the disadvantage of
long term environmental goals.
3 , The impacts which could result from this project are so
minor as to preclude any cumulatively significant impacts.
4 . The proposal is designed to protect life and property and
therefore will not cause any significant impact on human beings.
