FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM DRY WEATHER MS4 OUTFALL DISCHARGE MONITORING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE UP TO THREE ONE-YEAR EXTENSIONS TO SAID AGREEMENT Recommended Action:Council adopt the resolution.
