RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA~
VISTA ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION OF PORTIONS OF
LAKES ROAD SOUTH OF BONITA ROAD
The City Council of the City of Chu]a Vista does hereby resolve as
fol 1 ows:
WHEREAS, the realignment and widening to four lades of Otay Lakes Road
between Bonita Road and Ridgeback Road is now complete, and
WHEREAS, McMillin Company has requested that the City vacate those
portions of right of the right of way Do lodger needed, and
WHEREAS, pursDaDt to California Streets and Highways Code Section 8330,
the Council may summarily vacate a public street or highway which has been
superseded by relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Chula Vista does hereby order the summary vacation of portions of Otay Lakes
Road south of Bonita Road, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto add incorporated herein by reference as if set forth iD full.

PARCEL 11
Seing a portion of Otay Lakes Road in the City of Chula Vista, County
of San Diego, State of California, said portion more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot "A" of Map Number 7933, as
filed in the Office of uhe Recorder of the County of San Diego, said
point also being on the Northerly right-of-way of Otay Lakes Road;
thence South 72~12'12" West 60.93 feet to the beginning of a
nontangent 1264.50 foot radius curve concave Southwesterly, to which
