RECOMMENDED ACTION Council hear the report and provide feedback. SUMMARY In2013theCitypreparedaStrategicPlan.OneofthekeyprovisionsoftheStrategicPlanisforthe CityCounciltoreviewprogresstowardestablishedgoalsandprovidefeedbackonanannualbasis. Thisreviewwillincludeanupdateonaccomplishmentsandperformance,aswellastheopportunity to revisit the Goals, Strategies and Initiatives prior to the upcoming budget cycle. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW TheDevelopmentServicesDirectorhasreviewedtheproposedactivityforcompliancewiththe CaliforniaEnvironmentalQualityAct(CEQA)andhasdeterminedthattheactivityisnota“Project”as definedunderSection15378oftheStateCEQAGuidelinesbecauseitinvolvesagovernmental administrativeactivitythatwillnotresultindirectorindirectphysicalchangestotheenvironment.
