Discussion of the flag brackets that were removed during rd construction on 3 Avenue. d) San Diego County VOY Submission and Luncheon Discussion. Status on the purchase of the tickets for the Chula Vista Veteran of the year. e) Chula Vista Veterans Park Brick Program. Discussion of possibly inviting representative for the Brick Program to a future VAC meeting to discuss how the money raised is broken down. f) Commissioner Keith Blum’s absence from September’s meeting. g) Keith M.
