A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
AND SUSAN BIGELOW ASSOCIATES TO DESIGN A CITY-WIDE
RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as
follows:
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from Susan Bigelow Associates in
response to the RFP for consultant services to design a city-wide records
management system and to assist in the training of staff in the use of the
system which was approved by Council on February 26, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED by the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista that the agreement between the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal
corporation, and SUSAN BIGELOW ASSOCIATES, consultant, to design a city-wide
records management program, known as document number C091-024, which is on
file in the City Clerk's office, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and
he is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the
expenditure not to exceed $32,130 for the Capital Improvement Project Fund
(No. GG129) with $20,434.68 from Residential Construction Tax Fund and
$11,695.32 from Development Impact Fees.
