However,a Downiown PBID replaced Ihis Disirict in 2001,but the City detertnined that ihere was some potential long-tertn ezposure for the City based on ihe remote potential that the current PBID might not receive sufficieni support for renewal processes. (2)The Projected Revenues are preliminary figures based upon the prior years EDU assignments and the Mazimum Rates for Fiscal Year 2075/2016. I�'OR'. THEREFORE. BE [T RESOL\'ED that the Cit�� Council of the Ciri� of Chula Vista approves the spread of assessments therein for City Open Space Districts 9, 10 and the To���ne Centre Maintenance District, as identified in the Engineers Report for all esistine Open Space Maintenance Districts in the Cin� of Chula Vista, a copy of���hich is on file in the office of the Citv Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOL\TED. that the Cih- Council of the Citv of Chula �rista declazes its intention to le��� and collect the assessmenu for City Open Space Districts 9, 10 and the To�vne Centre Maintenance District, as identified in the Engineers RepoR, for the Fiscal Year 201�/2016.
