BE IT RESOLVES by the .Board of Trustees of the City of Chula Vista, Cali'
fornia: That the public interest requires the, Closing up of parts' of t'ha;
streets, hereinafter described, and said Board of; Trustees hereby declaSX; `'
its intention to close up said parts of said streets, proceeding -under and

expenses thereof and that no assessment for said work is necessary.
