" N O T I C E :
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the
• City of Chula Vista, California,
has determined that sidewalks and curbs shall be constructed qn Third
Avenue .from the south line of "F" Street to the North line of Center
street extended west across Third Avenue.
That owners of property fronting on said Third Avenue between
said points who desire to construct sidewalks and curbs thereon by
private contract , must complete said work on or before the "51st day
of December, 1912.
That said work must be constructed in accordance with the provis
talons of the flrdinances of said City regulating the construction and
of and providing specifications for such work.
A certified copy of said Resolution is posted on the front of th e
City Hall, in said City, on this date,
