; BEkT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.. CHULA VISTA,CALIFORNIA,as follows:

The City Engineer of said City is hereby directed to furnish this
Board of Trustees and City Council with a description of the exterior tin
boundaries of the district of land in said City to be affected and ben-
efited by,and to be assessed to pay the costs,damages and expenses of
the closing up and vacating of that portion of Fifth Avenue in Quarter
Section I25 according to map 505 of Chula Vista ,between the South line
. of the North half of said Quarter Section I25 and a point 390.24 feet
Southerly from said South line .
Passed,adopted and approved by the Board/ of Trustees and City Council
of the City of Chula Vista,California,this 14 day of September ,I927,
