That the deed dated November 16, 1914, executed and delivered by Augustus B.
Kimball and Hattie A. Kimball, his wife, grantors, to the City of Chula Vista, Cal-
ifornia, grantees, for street purposes, of the following described land, in the City
of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Quarter Section 172, where the
same is intersected by the division line between the North and South halves of the
said Quarter Section, and running from thence South 70° 30' West along the said div-
ision line /OA feet, more of less, to the mean high water line of San Diego Bay;
thence Southerly along the mean high water line to a point distant forty feet, at
right angles from the aforesaid division line; thence North 70° 30' East parallel
to the aforesaid division line, to the Easterly line of the said Quarter Section 172;

Beginning at a point on the division line between the City of Chula Vista and the
city of National City, where the same is intersected by a line parallel to and 40 feet
Easterly from the Westerly line of Fourth Avenue as indicated on a certain map of
Chula Vista, filed with the Recorder of San Diego County March 13, 1888, and designated
as Map No. 505; said beginning point is also located by a concrete monument, and
running from thence Southerly along the aforesaid line parallel to and distant 40
