RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA,
that the deed, plated November 16, 1926, executed by W. S. Broderick and Annie
E. Wroderick, husband and wife, granting to the said City of Chula Vista, for
street purposes, the following described real estate:
'
. The Northerly Thirty (30) feet of Lot Seven (7), and the Southerly
. Thirty (30) feet of Lot Six (6); also, the Westerly Fifty (50) feet
of the Easterly Three Hundred and Fifty-six and two one hundredths
(356.02) feet of Lots•Five, (5) and Six (6), all in Quarter Section
One Hundred and Fifty 1150), according to the official map thereof, No.
505, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego
County, March 13, 1888.
The granting and dedicating to said City; for street purposes, the said
real estate described above, is.hereby accepted; and said grant and dedication
of such real estate for such'purposes, is approved and' accepted by said City of
Chula Vista, and its Board of Trustees.
Passed, adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Chula Vista, California, this 23rd day of November, 1926, by the following
vote, to-wit:
