BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'AIS : CITY OF CHUTAi VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, AO FOLLOWS* TO-VJITt
WHEREAS, Resold C,smith and Eloise U4Smith, husband
and wife, have offered to dedicate, convey and grant to-the City
of Chula 'Vista, a municipal corporation, for public use, certain
zeal property hereinafter described; and
SAS, aftoran investigation and consideration by this
Council it appears that it would be fear the public interests and for
the best interests of the City of Chula Vista to accept said offer
or dedication and put €aid reel property to public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T HE olT'Y COZINCIL OFn

That the offer of Harold O.S'mith and Eloise E4.Smtth,
husband and % fs, to dedicate the hereinafter described real property
to the City of Chula Vista for public use, be and the some in hereby
accepted„'sad the Clerk of said. City be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to have a conveyance of said real property to the City
of Chula Viste retarded in the office of the Caanty Recorder of said
San Diego County,
The real property dedicated to said City of Chula Vista and
hereby accepted is described as fallowet
The Westerly 7,5 feet of the Southerly 54 feet of
the Northerly'216 feet of the Westerly 132,5 feet
of the Easterly 162;5 feet of Lot' 8, inuartor
Section 137 of.Chula Vista, according to Map
thereof No#505, filed in the office of the County
Recorders March 13, 1888.
PASSED,. ADOPTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY.OF CEUTA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, the 28th day of March, 1944, by
