HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1942-633 RESOLUTION NO. 633 Resolution accepting easement. WHEREAS, Viola A. Uland and Louis E. Uland, husband and wife, have granted to the City of Chula Vista the easement, copy of which is hereto attached; and WHEREAS, after investigation' and consideration by this Council, it appears that it would be for the public inter- ests and the best interests of the City of Chula Vista, to accept said easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: That the offer of Viola A. Uland and Louis E. Uland, husband and wife, to grant to the City of Chula Vista the easement, copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City be and he is hereby authorized and directed to have said grant of easement recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, the p— day of March, 1942, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Perkins, Burnside, Howe, i Dupree.
