CURNUTT and ALICE T. CURNUTT, have dedicated, released and quitclaimed unto the City of Chula Vista, a municipal corporation, in the State of California, for street purposes the p '4perty hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, enter investigation and consideration by this • Council it appear$ that it would be for the ublic interests and for the best interests of the City of Chula vista, to accept said offer of dedication and to put said real pro arty to public use; N©W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: That the offer of G. M. Curnutt and Alice S. Curriu.tt to dedioat"e, release and quitclaim the hereinafter described real property to the City of Chula Vista for street purposes, be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City be and he is hereby authorize=d and directed to have a conveyance of said real property to the City of Chula Vista recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County.
