RESOLUTION NO. 615 Resolution fixing time for hearing of objections to closing of alley from Third Avenue to "G" Street, in the City of Chula Vista as shown and delineated upon Map No. 1206 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, September 14, 1909. WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista, on the 24th day of August, 1941, passed a resolution of intention to close alley from Third Avenue to "G" Street in the City of Chula Vista, as shown and delineated upon Map.No. 1206 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, September 14, 1909; and WHEREAS, Lynn Love, Street Superintendent of the City of Chula Vista, caused to be posted and published notice of the passage of said resolution as provided in paragraph three of the Street Improvement Law of 1899, "Deering' s General Laws, Act 8195, paragraph three" ; and WHEREAS, written objections have been filed to the closing of said alley; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS, TO QUIT: The time for hearing said objections be and the same is hereby fixed for 7:.90 o' clock P.M. the p2nd day of October, 1941, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Chula Vista, California; The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to notify all persons having made subh objections of the time and place of said hearing by depositing a notice thereof; in the postoffice of said City, postage prepaid, addressed to said objector.
