HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1926-161 RESOLUTION No. 161 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFOR14IA4 that the Basement, dated September 23, 1926, executed by the Chula Vista Union School Distriot Trustees, granting to the said City of Chula Vista, California, permission and license to construct, lay, pipe, maintain, repair, operate and use a public sewer on under, upon and across the following described land and prem- ises, to-wit: The Southerly Thirty feet of Lot Seventeen, (17) Quarter Section One Hun- dred and Thirty-seven (137), according to map of Chula Vista, No. 505, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego,County, State of California, March 13, 1888, except that land reserved for street purposes in a deed of San Diego Lands Incorporated, grantor, to San Diego & Arizona Railway Company, grantee, dated June 13, 1919, and recorded in Book of Deeds, No. 789, at page 25, in the County Recorder's office of said San Diego County,the particular description of Which said land so reserved in said deed for street purposes is hereby referred to and made a part of this instrument as fully as though specifically set forth herein, all of aforesaid land and premises situate, lying an& being in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of Cali- fornia, • For the purpose of constructing, installing, .operating, using and repairing a City Sewer, Drain, Passage and Pipes therefor, sufficient in size to properly accomplish the purpose of such city sewer. The granting and dedicating to' said City for Sewer purposes, the said real estate described above, is hereby accepted; and said grant and dedication of such real estate for such purposes, is approved and accepted by said City of Chula Vista, and its Board of Trustees. Passed, adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Chula Vista, California, this 5th day of October, 1926, by the following vote, to-wit; AYES: Trustees , attx4, Scat.
