DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND PUBLIC EWES- •

The Board of Trustees of the City of Chula Vista do
resolve end •dcterminn that "the public interest and public
necessity of 'the City of Chula Vista demand the acquisition
by said city of a "certain municipal improvement, to-wit:
the aoquisltiiorn of certain land for park purposes; said land

to carry, out the objects, purposes and powers of said munioip=
ality; flat the estimated cost of such municipal improvement
is the snm of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars ($36,000,00)
; and that the cost thereof is and will
be too great to be paid out of the ordinary animal income and
