WHEREAS, the Union Trust Company of San Diege;California,have this I7th.day of February,
I926,presented to the Board of Trustees of the .City, of Chula Vista,California a plat of
Subdivision known and named "Silver Strand Beach Gardens 2`' ,all thereof being in
unincorporated territory of the Coutny of San Diego and within three miles of said City of
Chula Vista,for. approval by said Board of Trustees, And the City Engineer of said City of
Chula Vista having examined and approved said plat,of said. Subdivision and recommended
that the same be approved by said Board of Trustees and said plat of said Subdivision
being satisfactory to said Board of Trustees,
THEREFORE BE IT BESOLVED,by said Board of Trustees of.said City of Chula Vista that said
plat of said Subdivision be and the same is hereby approved and the respective officers of
said City of Chula Vista,whose signatures are required upon said plat are hereby authorized.
and instructed to sign the same according to law.
