RESOLUTION No. 136. '
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA,
that the deed dated December 2, 1925, executed by Mary A. Crockett, Laura D.
Crockett, Emilie I. Crockett and Evan S. Crockett, granting to the said City of
Chula Vista, for street purposes, the following d escribed real estate:
The Easterly 60 feet of the Westerly 356 feet of Lot 20,
Quarter Section 137, of the City of Chula Vista, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof, No. 505, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of the said San Diego County, March 13, 1888,
And thereby granting and dedicatiing to said City for Street Purposes, said
real estate, is hereby accepted; and said grant and dedication of such real
estate for such purposes, approved and accepted by said City of Chula Vista,
and its Board of Trustees.
Passed, adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Chula Vista, California, this 15thday of December, 1925, by the following vote
