RtESOLUTION NO. 122. O'z
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Chula Vista,
California, that the deed dated March 25, 1925, executed by E. MELVILLE
and LUCY E. MELVILLE, granting to the said City of Chula Vista, for
street purposes, the following described real estate:
THE UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST IN LOT FIFTY-ONE (51) OF CHULA
VISTA REALTY COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, No 2, TO CHULA VISTA, IN THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA, Bounty of San Diego, State of California,
And thereby granting and dedicating to said City for Street Purposes said
real estate, is hereby accepted; and said grant and dedication of such
real estate for such purpose, approved and accepted by said City of Chula
Vista, and its Board of Mrustees•
Passed, adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Chula Vista, California, this 7th day of April, 1925, by the following
vote, to-wit:
AYES: Trustees Lyons, Wentworth, Bent, Peters, Shaw.
NOES: Trustees None.
ABSENT: Trustees None.
