The City Council of the City of Chula Vista, does hereby RESOLVE as follows: That those certain deeds and dedications for street purposes listed below, copies of which are attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C and Exhibit D,, and made a part hereof the same as if fully set out herein, be and the same are hereby accepted (1) Deed dated October 10, 1947 and executed by NELLIE M. JEWEL; (2) Deed dated October 14, 1947 and executed by WILLIAM MOESER, WILLIAM C. MOESER and IRENE E, MOESER; (3) Deed dated October 14, 1947 and executed by FRANK D., WILLITS and HARRIET E.
