RESOLUTION, ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
STREET PURPOSES.
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista, does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
That those certain deeds and dedications for street
purposes listed below, copies of which are attached hereto
and marked Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C and Exhibit D,,
and made a part hereof the same as if fully set out herein,
be and the same are hereby accepted
(1) Deed dated October 10, 1947 and executed by NELLIE
M. JEWEL;
(2) Deed dated October 14, 1947 and executed by WILLIAM
MOESER, WILLIAM C. MOESER and IRENE E, MOESER;
(3) Deed dated October 14, 1947 and executed by FRANK
D., WILLITS and HARRIET E. WILLITS;
(4) Deed dated October 14,. 1947 and executed by FRANK
D. WILLITS and HARRIET E. W'ILLITS.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 28th day of October,1947..

of San Diego, State of California, bounded and described as
follows:
The Easterly 15 feet of the westerly 170 feet of the
northerly 130 feet of Lot 10 in Quarter Section 137 of
Chula Vista, in the Rancho de la Nacion,, according to
Map thereof No. 505, filed in the office oft' the County
