The City Council. of the City., of Chula Vista, does here- by resolve as follows: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby instructed to, execute and cause to be published in the Chula Vista Star that certain notice to Contractors for Bids, dated October 14th,, 1947, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof the same as if fully set out herein.
