ITEM TITLE: Resolution Approving Recreation Use Agreement between the City of
Chula Vista and Sweetwater Union High School District

The City Council authorized an application for grant funds under the California Park and
Recreation Facilities Act of 1985 to develop turf fields at Bonita Vista Junior High School
Playground.
The grant process requires a Joint Use Agreement for projects not owned by the applicant.
RECOMMENDATION: Council adopt Resolution approving an Agreement between the City and

The City submitted a grant proposal to the State of California for the development of multi-
lurpose fields at Bonita Vista Junior High School . The proposed project meets the criteria
