The actual cost for each agency is based on the percentage of tal calls that are dispatched for that agency applied to the annual cost as follows: Percentage Annual Cost Proposed of Calls for Fire Annual Dispatched Dispatching Fee Chula Vista 41 .1% $113,737 N/A National City 26.3% $113,737 $29,913 Montgomery 12.3% $113,737 $13,990 Imperial Beach 15.6% $113,737 $17,743 Bonita 4.7% $113,737 $ 5,346(a) aff is also requesting an amendment to the Montgomery agreement that would allow us to spatch a Battalion Commander to all structure fires or other urgent calls in the ntgomery District effective January 1 , 1985. They are willing to pay the City of Chula sta $40 for each call and we estimate there will be 25 calls in the six-month period for total of $1 ,000. This would result in an annual payment to Chula Vista of $14,990. The City Council of the City of Imperial Beach does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Imperial Beach that an Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Chula Vista and the City of Imperial Beach for fire dispatching services dated the first day of July, 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, be and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Imperial Beach is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Imperial Beach.
