ITEM TITLE: a) Resolution //75�6, Approving a boundary adjustment between
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 and Lots 324 and 325 of Map 10051
and authorizing the Mayor to sign adjustment plat 85-2 on

Lot lines between former Lots 324 and 325 of Map 10051 are proposed to be
adjusted to allow the entire slope along East "H" Street and Hidden Vista
Drive to be included in Open Space Maintenance District 11 .
RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolutions in the title hereto.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
On December 13, 1983, Council accepted the grant deed to Parcel 1 of Parcel
Map 13006. That parcel was included in Open Space district 11 which was also
established on December 13, 1983.
The lot line between Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 and Lots 324 and 325 of Map
10051 (Hidden Vista Village) is now being adjusted to include the additional
slope banks created by regrading of Lots 324 and 325 for condominiums being
constructed by McMillin Development (Windjammer Condos) .
The City owns Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 in fee and additional land will be
added to this parcel through approval of the adjustment plat. The City is
therefore required to sign Adjustment Plat 85-2 as an owner. The slopes
contained in the property granted to the City by McMillin on August 20, 1984,
will be included in Open Space Maintenance District 11 . See Exhibit "A"
parcel "C".
FISCAL IMPACT: There will be no cost to the City if the open space
maintenance district is formed. However, if "Jarvis 4" is passed, the City
may have to reach an agreement with the property owners to pay this co
