On May 27, 1980, by Resolution 10103, Council approved the Tentative Map for
Chula Vista Tract 80-5, El Rancho Del Rey 6. The Final Map for Unit D is now
before Council for approval.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolutions as listed in the title
hereto.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
The Final Map for Chula Vista Tract 80-5 Unit D has been checked and found to
be in conformance with the Tentative Map.
Unit D consists of 31 residential lots and one open space lot.
The developers have paid all fees and submitted all required documents and
bonds. All conditions of approval applicable to Unit D have been met.
Approval of the map includes acceptance of Red Oak Place, Wild Oak Road,
portions of East "J" Street, and Paseo Ladera, open space Lot "L" and
easements for street trees, sidewalk ramp and pedestrian access and open space
easements in portions of Lots 356 through 360 and 364 through 367.

Meeting Date-6/
In addition to the easements accepted on the map, the Bennetts have executed a
one foot control lot around the cul-de-sac for which a street easement was
granted by the Bennetts at the west end of Wild Oak Road and a drainage
easement to the north of that cul-de-sac.
Open space lot "L" will eventually be included in the open space district
which the developer was required to request as a condition of approval of the
Tentative Map. That district will be before Council once all assessor parcel
numbers for Units C and D are known.
Slides are available for Council viewing.
