This adjustment to the FY 1982-83 Article 4.5 Claim will reconcile the estimates upon which the claim was based with the actual revenue and expenditures determined by the FY 1982-83 fiscal audit. The Acting Director of Finance concurs with the results of this audit. RECOMMENDATION: That Council authorize the Acting Director of Finance to return $6,060 to the LTF. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DISCUSSION: The FY 1982-83 Article 4.5 TDA claim submitted by Chula Vista for the operation of HandYtrans was in the amount of $197,520. This claim was based on estimated costs and revenues for HandYtrans operation during FY 1982-83. Actual costs and revenues related to FY 1982-83 HandYtrans operation resulted in a reduction of $6,060 in Article 4.5 fund support required for HandYtrans operation. FISCAL IMPACT: Since Article 4.5 funds are discretionary, and are not allocated to jurisdictions on a formula basis, the $6,060 will be returned to the LTF Article 4.5 account. These funds will be carried over to subsequent fiscal years to supplement future Article 4.5 funds. WMG:fp/DT005 WPC 0402T by the C;t;J Cc, cfi Chula V' A C„! Gr nia Dated
