Financial Scene, developers of Hidden Vista Village subdivision, have
requested that a reimbursement district be formed to provide a means of
repayment to them for sewer facilities constructed in Rice Canyon.
The attached report gives reimbursable cost data and a breakdown of those
properties that will be assessed. Said report has been reviewed by McMillan
Development, project managers for Financial Scene, and the Gersten Companies,
owners of the majority of the land affected by the proposed district.
Comments by the Gersten Companies are being considered now and will be
incorporated into the report which will be considered at the public hearing.
McMillan Development will also be reviewing any proposed changes prior to the
public hearing date.
The City is also a participant in the proposed district due to our
