Meeting Date 1/10/84
The balance of $8,724.89 in the authorized expenditure is due to:
1. The low bid being below the engineer's estimate by 25%.
2. The configuration of the ramps were modified to correspond to the latest
State requirements, resulting in less concrete removed and replaced.
All ramps listed to be constructed in this year's program are now completed.
The City of Chula Vista has constructed 70 sidewalk ramps this past year under
the 1982-83 and 1983-84 programs for sidewalk ramps.
FISCAL IMPACT: The City will maintain the improvements.
