The Final Map is now before Council for approval. RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolution. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DISCUSSION: The Final Map for Chula Vista Tract 83-1 , Forty-One Madison, has been checked and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map. The development consists of five units on one lot and is a conversion from apartments to condominiums. The developer has submitted all documents and paid all required fees. A plat is available for Council viewing.
