Financial Scene, developer of Hidden Vista Village, owns open space Lot Q of Map 10051 and the City owns open space Lot H. A boundary adjustment has been processed by Financial Scene so that all of the highly visible slope from Ridgeback Road could be included in the open space district. DISCUSSION: The City has been working with McMillin Development to set up an Open Space Maintenance district for Hidden Vista Village (Terra Nova) . The City obtained Lot H in fee for open space with approval of the Final Map for Hidden Vista Village by Resolution 10416 on March 24, 1981. Included ih the acceptance of the Final Map was an irrevocable offer of dedication in Lot Q. That offer was rejected by the City on the Final Map.
