In addition, it was requested that the parking ratio for this type of housing be investigated further. A copy of the original report is attached. RECOMMENDATION: See original report BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: The proposed project was reviewed and endorsed by the Commission on Aging on October 12, 1983. DISCUSSION: The Planning Department contacted other jurisdictions in the San Diego area to determine their parking requirements for senior housing projects.
