RESOLUTION NO. 1073
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
FOR COMPLETION OF A SANITARY SEWER IN
"J" STREET AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That those certain contract documents for the construction
and completion of a sanitary sewer in "J" Street, a copy of
which said contract documents are hereto attached and made a
part hereof, be and the same are hereby approved.
That HERBERT V. BRYANT, City Clerk of the City of Chula
Vista, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to publish
the Advertisement for Bids, a copy of which is attached here-
to for the time and in the manner required by law.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 9th day of November,
1949.

RESOLUTION NO. (D ..
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR
J. STREET SANITARY SEWER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the bid of W. V. HUTCHISON for the construction of
a sanitary sewer, commonly known as the nJ Street Sewer",
be and the same is hereby accepted.
That certain agreement between W. V. HUTCHISON and the
CITY OF CHULA VISTA for the construction of the same, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein, be and the same is hereby approved, and LORENZ C.
KOESTER, Mayor, and HERBERT V. BRYANT, City Clerk, be and they
are hereby authorized and directed forthwith to execute the
same for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
That the payment to contractor of up to $150.00, and no
more, for rock and gravel at a unit price of $5.00 per rd
pursuant to Page 2, Paragraph (g) of the specifications be and
it is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 13th day of September,
1949. .
