RATE OF PER DIEM .WAGE AND THE GENERAL PRE1 ICING RATE FOR LEGAL- HOLIDAY AND OVE L IME WORK IN THE `CITY OF CHULA VISTA , FOR CERIN CRAFTS OR TYPES' OF WORKMEN. , .; ' -WHEREA ,. this City Council has ♦ by to Resolution - No. 1045 ordered certain"work pr, improvement, said work ,or improvement -being more particularly described in it.s, Resolu- tion No. 103,'4 and shown 'on plans (which include profiles and 'detailed drawings ) designated, "Plan No.' 1-1949" on file. in the office• of the City clerk' of the city of Chula Vista, and described in specifications designated "Specifications No., 11949", also on file in the office of said City Clerk; and WHEREAS, this City Council r-he.s &soertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said work is to be performed for each craft or type of workrian needed to execute the contract for said work, and this City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime 'work in said,locality for each craft or type of workman needed to execute said contract; . NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Chula ' Vista, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: ' Section 1.
