RESOLVE AS FOLLO'7S:
That certain dedication of An easement in real property
for sewer purposes,
executed by Aaron Riesland, Marie A. Riesland, Herman Bachman, and
Ruby F. Bachman
to the City of Chula Vista, dated tae 12thday of April 1949 .
a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof the

same.as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby
accepted by the said City of Chula. Vista.
