IN consideration of the sum of one dollar (el) to the undersigned in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, MARY W. GRISWOLD does hereby GRANT
TO TEE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under
and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, its successors or assigns,
• a perpetual easement'and right-of-way for, and the right to excavate for, construct,
reconstruct, .operate, clean, maintain and use a sanitary sewer and appurtenant
structures, in, on, under and across that certain real property situated in the
City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, and More particularly
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 1, El Rancho Villas, located in the City of
Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Map thereof Number 2376 filed in'the office of. the County Recorder •
of San Diego County, February 11, 1947, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence
North 71° 12' East 43.03 feet; thence North 18° 48' West 12,16 feet;
• thence South 71° 12' West 43.03 feet to a point on the Westerly line
of said Lot 1; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 1,12.16 'feet to the point of beginning*

together with the right to enter upon, and pass, and repass, over, along and be= .
side said easement'and right--of-way and deposit tools, implements and other mater-
ials thereon, by said City of Chula Vista, its officers, agents; employees, succes-
