RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF $5,365,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF
BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chula Vista (the
"Agency"} is undertaking to issue its Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Chula Vista 1990 Bond Anticipation Notes in the aggregate principal amount of
$5,365,000 (the "Notes") for the purpose of paying at maturity a like
aggregate principal amount of the 1989 Bond Anticipation Notes of the Agency,
and thereby extending the availability of the proceeds of the Notes for the
original purpose for which they were issued, or for any other purposes
authorized under the laws of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the requirements of Section 33640 of
the California Heal th and Safety Code, the City Council wishes at this time to
approve the issuance of the Notes by the Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the City
Council of the City of Chula Vista that the issuance of the Notes by the
Agency be and is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February, 1990.
