RESOLUTION NO. 1149
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA DEDICATING REAL PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA TO PUBLIC
USE FOR STREET PURPOSES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the following described real property, owned by the City of Chula
Vista, be, and it is hereby, dedicated to public use for street and highway
purposes:
The Westerly 50' of the Easterly half of the
Easterly calf of lots 13 and 1)4 of 4 section
149
and
The Easterly 50' of the Westerly half of the
Easterly half of lots 13 and 1)4 of . section
149, as subdivided upon the San Diego Land
and Town Company's Map of Chula Vista, No.
505 in the County of San Diego, State of Cali-
fornia, filed in the office of the County Re-
corder at San Diego County, March 13, 1088.
That said street and highway is hereby named
Guava Avenue.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 25th day of July , 1950.
