RESOLUTION NO. 1125 •
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY TO THE SAID
CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:.: *
SECTION 1: That certain dedication of real property for
street purposes, executed .by MAUD F. DeHAAN SMITH, to the City
of Chula Vista, dated the, 11th day of September, 194, a copy
of which is attached to and by this referencemade a part hereof the
same as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby
accepted by the said City of Chula Vista.
SECTION 2: That said street, of which the above dedication
is a portion, is hereby officially Named TWINOAKS AVENUE.
