RESOLUTION NO. 1121
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY TO THE SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF: THE CITY: OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ( That certain dedication' of real property for
street purposes, executed by WILGA BEATRICE DeHAAN, a single
woman, to the City of Chula Vista, dated the llth day of September;;
1948, a copy of which is attached to and by this reference made
a part hereof the same as though fully set forth herein, be, and
the same is, hereby accepted by the said City of- Chula Vista.
SECTION 2: That said street, of which the above dedication
is a portion, is hereby officiall named TWINOAKS AVENUE. . .
