Persons speaking dunng Public Comments may address the Council on any subject matter
within the Council's junsdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda. State law
generally prohibits the Council from discussing o� taking action on any issue nof included
on the agenda, but, if appropnate, the Councii �i�ay schadule the topic for fufure discussion
or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three minutes.

Council Workshops are for the purpose of discussing matters that require extensive
deliberation o� are of such length, duration or complexity that the Regular Tuesday Council
Meetings would not be conducive to hearing these matters. Unless othenvise noticed on
this agenda, (nal Council actions shall be limited to referring matters to staff. If you wish to
speak on any item, please fill out a "Request to Speak" form and submit it to the City Clerk

Staff presentation on the evolution and current status of each
of the nine Asset Management Systems (Building, Drainage,
Fleet, General Government, Open Space, Parks, Roadway,
Urban Forestry, and Wastewater) which comprise the City's
Asset Management Program (AMP). The summary will
include: confidence level in the data, estimates of the overall
health of the systems, critical needs, and potential funding
mechanisms.

Suggested Council referrals to staff:
Continue progress over the next year in completing the
remaining inventory and condition assessments.
Further explore funding options including public outreach
and surveys to secure community input.
