McMillin Development, developers of Hidden Vista Village Subdivision, has
applied for an encroachment permit to install a temporary chain link fence
with gate across Hidden Vista Drive for security reasons.
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve the subject resolution and
authorize the City Engineer to issue the encroachment permit.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
Presently, McMillin Development is maintaining a 6-foot high chain link fence
