Officers and Employees to Represent the City of Chula Vista in
the Small Claims Court of the South Bay Judicial District,
County of San Diego, State of California

Certain officers and employees, as part of their duties and responsibilities
must represent the City of Chula Vista in Small Claims Court of the South Bay
Judicial District.
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt a resolution amending
Resolution No. 7831 appointing the following officers and employees to
represent the City of Chula Vista in Small Claims Court of the South Bay
Judicial District:
Mr. Gordon K. Grant, Director of Finance
Officer Roland N. Beyer, Chula Vista Police Department
Mrs. Jeannette Schedel , Revenue & Recovery Officer
Ms . Melinda Hawkins-Morris, Risk Analyst
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
Resolution No. 7831 was adopted on June 22, 1975. The proposed resolution
amends this resolution to reflect a change in position title for Business
License Inspector to Revenue & Recovery Officer and a change in personnel from
Mr. Robert H. Baker to Mrs. Jeannette Schedel .
