RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt a resolution amending Resolution No. 7831 appointing the following officers and employees to represent the City of Chula Vista in Small Claims Court of the South Bay Judicial District: Mr. Gordon K. Grant, Director of Finance Officer Roland N. Beyer, Chula Vista Police Department Mrs. Jeannette Schedel , Revenue & Recovery Officer Ms . Melinda Hawkins-Morris, Risk Analyst BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DISCUSSION: Resolution No. 7831 was adopted on June 22, 1975. The proposed resolution amends this resolution to reflect a change in position title for Business License Inspector to Revenue & Recovery Officer and a change in personnel from Mr. Robert H.
