As of June 30, 1985, $7422 of the $11 ,000 appropriation had been expended or encumbered. The remaining $3,578 of the original $11 ,000 appropriation automatically reverted to the City's General Fund since it had not been encumbered. An additional $1 ,600 is needed to complete the restoration in a timely manner so that this equipment can be used in upcoming City events. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution appropriating an additional $1 ,600 for restoration of the "Old Goose". BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: N.A. FISCAL IMPACT: The $1 ,600 is available in the General Fund unappropriated reserve and the expenditure should come from that source.
