Chula Vista Tract 85-10, El Rancho Del Rey Unit 6E. The Final Map for Unit 6E
is now before Council for approval .
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the resolutions as listed in the
title hereto.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
The Final Map for Chula Vista Tract 85-10 Unit 6E has been checked and found
to be in conformance with the Tentative Map. The owners have paid all fees
and submitted all required documents and bonds. All conditions of approval
have been met.
El Rancho Del Rey Unit 6E consists of nine residential lots. Approval of the
map includes acceptance of the portion of East "J" Street along the north side
of the subdivision.
Acceptance of one foot control lot A is needed to control access to East "J"
Street. The developer was also required to acquire and dedicate to the City a
12-foot strip of land north of the centerline of East "J" Street along the
north side of the subdivision for street purposes. Mr. and Mrs. Bennett
(owners of said land) are hereby granting to the City a 33-foot easement for
street purposes as a result of an agreement between them and the El Rancho Del
Rey Corporation (owner and developer of this subdivision) . Consequently, no
additional right-of-way will be needed following the acceptance of said
easement.
