On December 17, 1985, Council initiated the proceedings to establish a Act

and confirmation of the Maintenance District.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution.

DISCUSSION:
The establishment of a maintenance of district
thecassessment "1972 Act"
for maintaining
landscaped the annual consideration by Council
landscaped medians, streets and supplemental lighting to benefiting property
owners. This district was provided for in the Public Facilities Finance Plan
and was a condition of the EastLake Project. Supplemental lighting is for
lighting
levels or special lighting fixtures that cost over what we are
requiring in new subdivisions. So far, in the current subdivision, we haven't
experienced supplemental lighting.
