The subject 77 acres proposal area is currently located within the
jurisdictional boundaries and extends l southerly from Diego wad dCity limitsdof between
Chula
Rios Avenue and 1-805
Vista (Rancho Drive) app roximately 1350 feet.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council :
1 . Adopt a "resolution of application" initiating the proposed "Fenton/Lake
Reorganization" involving the annexation of approximately 77 acres of
uninhabited City of San Diego territory to the City of Chula Vista.
2. Authorize the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista to sign all applicable
annexation forms for submittal to LAFCO.
3. Authorize the payment of a1400 1 00 ($1050.00 LAFCOoar$350f00EState)ation
processing fees amounting t o $1400.00
