RECOMMENDATION: That Council : 1 . Adopt a "resolution of application" initiating the proposed "Fenton/Lake Reorganization" involving the annexation of approximately 77 acres of uninhabited City of San Diego territory to the City of Chula Vista. 2. Authorize the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista to sign all applicable annexation forms for submittal to LAFCO. 3. Authorize the payment of a1400 1 00 ($1050.00 LAFCOoar$350f00EState)ation processing fees amounting t o $1400.00 RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
