Staff was directed to develop a p ermit process and recommend an appropriate fee. Staff subsequently submitted a report to an Council l to parking fee 24, ased 1985, that contained a recommendation to establish permit calculation utilization. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Original request by Surgi-Center for designated parking spaces was denied by the Parking Place Commission on June 11 , 1985 by a vote of 3-0 (2 members absent). DISCUSSION: Permit Parking is provided for in Chula Vista Municipal Staff Section 10.reviewed. 70 Per the finance nanc et. seq. to be administered by revisions: applicable Code sections and recommends the following 1 . The City of Chula Vista has the responsibility for enforcement of permit parking. The intent of the above stated system is to allow the City Finance Officer the discretion to provide permit parking spaces in municipal parking lots according to demand and subject to the limitation set forth in No. 5 above.
